Apparently,HMV are advertising Halo 3 for 70 pounds but when you click preorder it sells for 5 pound.
Some people have checked and its a mistake by HMV so if you order now you can get it for 5 or if they realise the mistake you can still claim and get it for 5.

I preordered it and got an Email to say £5 as well. I wonder what will happen when they realise their mistake ooops.
are you sure its not that your buying the halo "preorder" itself and not the game? as in, the halo preorder is a product in itself?
like the way people sell "free" consoles and things on ebay for about 5 euro but when you look closely your just buying the information to get a free console and not the sonsole itself. could be a mistake, but a mistake that lets you guys all order from hmv instead of anywhere else.
