Halo 3 rated

Tbh I was dissapointed in Halo 3.
Its biggest detractor is the sound of the guns, their cheap sounding I was expected a rich BANG or TCHTCHTCHT with my machine guns.
Take the sounds from Gears of War and youve got your ultimate shooter game.

Yeah. All that post proves is that more Nintendo Fanboys feel like participating in such a ridiculous event.
As for Halo 3. I am a huge fan of the series and I can honestly say they have been getting better and better and now, Halo 3 is quite possibly, the best game I have ever played. It attracts me on a number of levels. The campaign really is exciting and (Apparently, I haven't beaten it yet) gives much closure to the nail biting plot while also providing 4 online co-op with your friends.

The new website-Xbox feature is really inspiring. When you create a game type you can get it on Bungie.net so others can download it and vice versa. There's a Most Downloaded chart along with maps that bungie have favourited and even created themselves. Which raises the question, How do you make maps? With forge. Another extremely useful and fun tool. Then there's taking screenshots and making clips and movies and being able to send and receive full games which you can hover around in and pause and take pictures. All together I still do not understand how some people may be 'disappointed' with the game.

All together I still do not understand how some people may be 'disappointed' with the game.

Totally agree, not only am i huge Halo fan... i'm a big fan of FPSs in general! Halo 3 is a quality game and to be fair there are no other FPSs like it!

okay so i just got gamesmaster who gave the game a 93% which is what they gave gears of war. it is however less than the likes of dead rising and zelda and also god of war. metroid got a 92% and pgr got a 93% also. just thought i'd mention as gm's reviews are usually the ones i go by. both matroid and halo got lower than their predeccessors.

oh and samus whooped master chiefs ass by something like 76% to 24%! i do not fail!
